Oversee and provide ministry guidance to the media ministry of the church. Set-up a internet broadcast system for weekly church services over the web and social media and managed the media staff on a weekly basis. Transitioned the church’s PA system to a new digital platform. Lead multiple groups of missionaries on a short-term mission trip to Lilongwe, Malawi.

Formed this 501(c)3 organization to help to provide school desks to schools; dig and repair water wells to aid in providing clean drinking water; and distribute solar lights to high school students to aid in their after-hours studies. Non-profit status conferred by the IRS in Feb, 2015.

Added audio/visual components to weekly ministry. Lead five mission trips to Lilongwe, Malawi to share the gospel, preach and plant new churches. Established the church’s website (www.stmark247.org). Lead the joint boards through a review and revision of the church by-laws and worked with the Trustees to re-secure 501(c)3 non-profit status.

Wrote monthly articles of encouragement for the church newsletter. Worked with the Audio/Video ministry in support of the weekly worship services. Co-taught a series of lessons during the weekly Bible Study. Served as webmaster for church website and as clerk for the church council during 2007. Preached a number of times when the Pastor was away on Sunday morning.

Pastored the English speaking division of the church in partnership with another pastor to the English speaking division and the Chinese language pastor. Worked to develop a Young Adult Fellowship and with the College/Career Groups. Encouraged a broader evangelistic focus through involvement with the Jesus Hawaii Project. Proposed a methodology for organizing the church board using the W.I.F.E. strategy (Worship, Instruction, Fellowship and Evangelism). Reinstituted the Monday evening Bible Study and added a Tuesday morning session as well. Broadcasted sermons weekly on local cable public access channel.

Have assisted the pastor in worship and taught Vacation Bible School (ages 12 15). Have taught Youth Bible Study (ages 12 17) on Wednesday evenings. Taught at the ’95 Annual Church Wide Conference. Continue to minister to the sick and bereaved and assist in planning various church programs and projects. Director of VBS for 1995-97.
Dr. William H. Curtis was the pastor from the time of my arrival through June, 1997. During the period when the Shiloh pulpit was vacant (July, 1997-August, 1998), I lead worship services, perform numerous funerals, visited the sick, attended local and state meeting representing Shiloh, proclaimed the gospel, baptized new converts and administered the Lord’s Supper.

Sponsored one all day special topic seminar and worked with the pastor to implement more teaching in the various auxiliaries and boards. I was ordained under this ministry in March, 1989.
